The way Judge Pastor talks about the trial and...
The way he talks about that horrific recording. The way he talks about that pathetic “documentary.” The way he talks about the disgrace to the medical practice. The way he talks about the repetitive lies and deceit to everyone involved. The way he talks about how he tried and tried to see the best in Murray and couldn’t find it.
Pastor is a beast.

About the 2 year / 4 year sentence:
Murray WAS given the full sentence of 4 years in prison, however, California passed a new law in light of their overcrowding that makes it to where less violent criminals serve in county jails, and apparently it also shortens serve time because Murray’s sentence was automatically shortened to 2 years according to ABC7 who were in the courtroom.

Wait, so by California law, Murray’s 4 year sentence was automatically shortened to 2 years. And in county fucking jail, at that? What the actual fuck?
Is it wrong that I’m kind of irritated by the fact that Murray isn’t going to be in State Prison, but a dinky county County Jail?
